Came here for 2 night stay, had a fairly nice experience. The location was brilliant, close to the main square, the slope and the beautiful garden begins. Plus, we stayed just a short walk away from Quang Truong Square. Huge units with a good view and good beds, and the staff were pretty friendly.
The bathroom was cold.

Everything was amazing, AMICABLE staff, fantastic views of the mountains. I had quadruple room which was large, extremely comfy bed. The bathroom was brand new, included a shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet. The hotel's location was beautiful to the town centre with many restaurant option son the way. What's more, it was so close to restaurants, tourist spots, the mountains and valley, and beautiful garden.

Beautiful gardens, decorated rooms. Hot water showers, hairdryer, kettle, and kitchenette in room. Birds sing, stunning views in morning. Sweet host changed our bus tickets, extra cost. Recommend post-construction for full potential.

We loved our stay at the homestay! The owner family was incredibly helpful and helped organize everything we needed. They arranged for motorbike rentals, herbal baths, tickets to Fansipan, and even a pick-up for our bus. The owner was friendly, generous, and made our stay special. The location was close enough to walk to the town center but far enough away to avoid the noise. The option to rent bikes and the convenience of a bus pick-up made exploring the area easy. The breakfast options were delicious, with omelettes, noodles, and soup to choose from. a great experience!
We felt so well taken care of during our stay that there really isn't anything to complain about. The owner was quick to respond to questions and even accommodated our early check-in.

I had a great value for my money at this homestay. The room, although a bit run down, was comfortable and cozy. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main Sapa Town. The staff treated me with friendliness and went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed.
The breakfast option could be improved with larger coffee servings and the offer of refills.
